Gruevski visits Hungary

Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski kicked off an official visit to Hungary today to meet with the President Laszlo Solyom and the Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsany.

The interlocutors will discuss the modalities for stepping up the cooperation between the two countries, and Hungary is expected to confirm the support to Macedonia's Euro-Atlantic bid.

The highlights of the talks will include also the process of visa regime liberalization and the current situation in the region after declaration of Kosovo's independence.

PM Gruevski will also attend the ceremonious opening of the new building of the Macedonian Embassy in Hungary.
