The European Handball Federation has issued a statute of "proper cheering" by fans for their national teams.

The EHF statute stunned the host of the championship Serbia as well as all national teams in particularly their fans.

One of the first items banned at this year European Championship is believe it or not, Flags! No fan will be allowed to enter a sporting arena with a flag to support their nation.

EHF's absurdity continue with a 'limited' ban on drums so only three drums are allowed in the arena! Each fan will go through a metal detector and isn't allowed to enter with soda cans, any kind of bottles, lighters, coins, sprays, keys etc.

No clothing is allowed that may be offensive to someone. EHF did not specify what type of clothing may be considered offensive... perhaps Wrangler jeans?

The Serbians are not too happy with the EHF because they wouldn't be allowed to sell flags or alcohol in a radius of 1 mile around the sports arena, so get your tape measure out...

EHF has also advised fans not to cheer loudly and cause disturbances in the game.

MINA has emailed the EHF to ask whether books and hot tea are allowed in the arena.  No response from the EHF thus far.
