Another hectic match, one more time Macedonia leads the entire match by six goals and once again it allowed the opponent to make it interesting in the end. The only difference is, the red and yellow this time held on onto the lead and beat a very good Polish team who needed the two points just as bad as Macedonia did. Kiril Lazarov lead all scores with nine goals. 39 year old veteran Stevce Alushovski has redefined the definition for an "athlete". He played the entire 60 minutes, never got a break and scored 4 goals. Jurecki Bartosz scored 5 goals for the Polish team.
Coach Zoran Shundovski once again showed he is not a top coach. When the red and yellow team needs him the most in the last 5 minutes of the match, Shundovski is confused, unsure who to put in the game and the players who look to him for guidance are startled. This explains the repeated downfall of the team in the last few minutes of each match. Serbia is next.
