Authorities put A1 TV Property for Sale |

Skopje Court I reached a decision to sell A1 TV holdings. A1 TV property is valued at 2 million euros, however the company owes around 13 million euros. According to the laws, Tutunska Banka as one of the largest creditors to A1 TV will sell the property in order to get back its 1.5 million euros. The remaining of the money from the sale will be transferred to other creditors. The state bankruptcy comptroller Aco Petrov who controlls and makes decisions on requsts by outside creditors have so far approved around 60% of the request totalling 23 million euros. Thus far, Petrov has approved 14.6 million euros, while 8.9 million are not approved by creditors who have not shown proper documentation. A1 TV owes the most money to State Tax Office, UJP 660 million denars.
