Poles were very angered after a photograph of Poland's PM Donald Tusk kissing Merkel's hand was printed in numerous newspapes.

- He didn't respect social rules, says the majority in Poland.

- Him kissing Merkel's hand tells us something we have know all along, that Merkel is the head of the troubled European Union.

Many Polish newspaper have reported for months that Sarkozy and Merkel are in charge of the EU and make decisions for the entire Union without consulting anyone.
