Fetih 1453 is a Turkish historical epic movie. It tells the story of
Constantinople (Istanbul)'s capture by the Ottoman Turks during the
reign of Sultan Mehmed II. It stars Devrim Evin as Mehmet II, İbrahim
Çelikkol as Ulubatlı Hasan and Dilek Serbest as Era.

2012[2], including United States, the United Kingdom, France, Egypt,
United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Germany, Macedonia, Russia,
Azerbaijan and several others.
Fetih 1453 is the most expensive Turkish movie ever, costing 17 million dollar to make.
Greece
has been in uproar over the movie and it has already banned it on its
territory. According to Athens, the movie was inaccurate, provocative
and racist because it did not follow 'facts' that Athens would have
liked to see.
