The Public Revenue Office (PRO) promoted Monday a new service, through which citizens can submit e-annual tax returns.

The service, to be available as of February 16, was promoted by Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, Deputy-Minister of Information Society and Administration Marta Arsovska-Tomovska, and PRO director Goran Trajkovski.

The service should contribute to reduction of administrative costs, increase of voluntary payment of taxes, as well as simplification of tax procedures for businesses.

The PRO is expected to receive this year approximately 200,000 annual tax returns.
