PM Gruevski meets with Governor of Leningrad Region |

Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski Friday met Leningrad Region Governor Alexander Drozdenko.
They discussed opportunities for boosting the
cooperation at all levels of mutual interest. Also talks were focused on
economic cooperation, increase of trade exchange and investments,
Government Press Office said in a press release.
Gruevski introduced Drozdenko with favourable
conditions for foreign investors, general economic movements and
indicators in Macedonia.
- Governor Drozdenko very positively assessed our
measures and activities for attraction of foreign investors, especially
the fact of the lowest tax package in Europe. He pledged that his
administration will intensively lobby at businessmen to invest in the
Republic of Macedonia and expressed preparedness on exchange of visits
and delegations of groups of businessmen aimed at strengthening
of contacts and relations for realisation of concrete projects. They
also expressed willingness for cooperation in other social spheres of
mutual interest, reads the press release.
The government delegation Friday will also meet managing team of Gazprom led by director Alexey Miller.
Gruevski on Thursday met with Russian President Vladimir Putin and opened Macedonian Honorary Consulate in St. Petersburg.
