The names of 15 doctors who had their contracts with the Healthcare Fund severed were put on the HF's website as well as its 'wall of shame' as. At the same time, the HF has also listed the top ten public and private clinics who commit the most mistakes and have accumulated the most fines.

There was major reaction by the Macedonian Doctor's Association who called this labeling an 'inquisition'.

Doctors who repeat the same errors will have their contracts with the HF permanently severed and will no longer be able to work with healthcare cards.

The Macedonian Government has cracked down on doctors who from an apparent lack of care have committed errors during their work.

- The goal of this "wall of shame" is not to insult someone, rather to warn doctors because according to the law for Health Insurance, if a doctors repeats the same mistake twice, the Healthcare Fund will sever its contract with the clinic where the doctor works. When a clinic is fined or has lost a contract with the Fund, we will also note who was the doctor that contributed to the clinic losing its contract or being fined," says the HF in a letter to the press.

Several clinics have been fined for not having a complete clinical team at the time of the inspection. For instance, inspectors caught several clinics not having a medical nurse or a doctor at the time of the visit. There was a case in which an unlicensed individual was in the doctor's offices.
