As if it was not enough to have seen both Nicolas Anelka and Didier Drogba move to China, the latest reports from TalkSport have confirmed that Chinese club Qingdao Jonoon has offered Ukrainian legend Andriy Shevchenko a two-year deal worth a reported $18 million.
China looks to be turning into a newer version of Major League Soccer in their younger days when they would pay outrageous fees just to hopefully see their club play for every title possible.
Another former English Premier League player that has moved to China is former Blackburn Rover, Yakubu who recently joined Guangzhou R&F.
It is highly unlikely that Dynamo Kiev would allow such a move, but with their being only one-year remaining on his contract the club could have their hands forced in fear of losing all profit on the veteran.
