Macedonian wines of Dalvina winery were presented this weekend at the international wine festival "Gourmet Food & Wine Expo" in Toronto.

The promotion was organised by the wine agency Dalvina in Canada.

Macedonia's general consul to Toronto Dragan Gjurcevski and economic promoter Irena Georgievska attended the promotion.

Coordinated presentation and support by public sector will contribute to significant increase of the Macedonian wines at Canada market. The goal of these events is promotion of Macedonia as a country of wine. I see large potential of our wines in conquering this market in the future, Gjurcevski said.

Eight wines among which "Synthesis" wine of Dalvina winery were presented at a special evening organised within wine festival. "Synthesis" wine was presented by renowned Master Sommelier John Szabo.

"Gourmet Food & Wine Expo" offers over 40,000 guests an unparalleled opportunity to sample over 1,500 fine wines, beers and spirits from around the globe.
