Monday, 04 July 2016

A junior waterpolo tournament got out of hand when in the final match the teams of Croatia and Greece met up.

The Greek team felt they were not getting good calls from the Serb officials throughout the match. The culmination occured when a Croat player committed a hard foul with four minutes to go.

All of a sudden the Greek coaches jumped in the pool looking for some sort of justice by attacking the Croatian players. As expected, the entire Croat team and coaching staff jumped in the pool as well, thus commencing the beggining of the fight in which both teams exchanged blows.

In the end, Croatia won the tournament by beating Greece 11-9.
