Santa’s North Pole home

Santa’s North Pole house was listed at popular real estate and rental site Zillow just before Christmas.

The site says the house is not currently on sale, but if Mr. Claus does decide to sell it he can do so for $656,957 which is not bad for such a remote location. The site claims, Santa’s house is "one of the most valuable residential properties in the Arctic." Although you cannot buy the house, you can take a virtual excursion around it.

The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and measures 2,500 square feet. “A toy-lover's paradise nestled on 25 idyllic acres at the North Pole – perfect for spirited reindeer games,” the advertising reads.

The house features a floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace in the living room, a gourmet kitchen, and a quiet study. There is a garage for a sleigh with deer stables nearby. Over the river and through the woods is a state-of-the-art toy-making facility. Santa’s house has never been sold and is not on the market. However Zillow managed to make the Christmas miracle a little bit closer to everyone around the world.
