"We are proud of (election) results, we have defeated a regime with a pen and a vote. Over 612,000 citizens in Macedonia have voted for changes. The citizens, regardless of their ethnic background, expect the quality of life to be improved and European values to be applied in Macedonia. We have pledged to these commitments in the Plan for Life in Macedonia," Zaev said as cited by his party in a press release.
