Environment Ministry proposes Anti-Ppollution measures

The Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning proposed Wednesday anti-pollution measures, including odd-even rationing of vehicles and 50-percent reduction in the use of official vehicles by state and local institutions.

Minister Bashkim Ameti met today with representatives of civil society organizations in the environment field, discussing the issues of air quality and measures against pollution.

"The meeting focused on specific and applicable measures that would yield tangible results in the short term", reads the press release.
