Macedonia participates in large Kosovo investment |

An agreement for €400 million worth of investment operation
- the biggest in Kosovo so far - has been signed in Pristina today.
Kosovo-based
ENK Invest Group is the main investor of the project for construction of a
residential and business center. The project will be co-financed by four
investors from Albania and Macedonia, whose names are not revealed.
The
Agreement on construction of residential and business buildings in total area
of 300 square kilometers, located in the Pristina's District of Lakrishte, was
signed today by the CEOs of the Croatian company Construction Engineering and
of ENK Invest Group, Zeljko Zderic and Edmond Krliu.
The project,
due to be completed within six years, envisages construction of the tallest building
on the Balkans - (42 stores, 165 meters).
