Belgrade (MINA) The idea for Kosovo's partition in Serbian and
Albanian parts has a lot of sense, but is now impossible, assesses
influential world philosopher Noam Chomsky in a letter to Serbian
writer Dobrica Kjosic, published in daily "Novosti".
Chomsky
implies there is nothing much to say after the Kosovo independence
declaration and the "new situation", because there is "nothing worth
repeating".
Kjosic once again asked the U.S. professor to state
his idea on Kosovo's division and the status of the southern Serbian
province, to which Chomsky says the proposal "has a lot of sense, but
it is now impossible".
He states, "the ideological part of the
story is related to the way in which western individuals have made
total imbeciles of themselves in their self-praised orgy and their
incredible lies regarding the war. Never will those lies be allowed to
be revealed, and the lobbying on Kosovo's independence is a necessary
conclusion to the fairytale on their magnificent role". Noam Chomsky is widely regarded as one, if not the world's greatest thinker.
