Sergej Barbarez and Hasan Salihamidzic have been omitted from the Bosnia-Herzegovina squad to face Macedonia on March 26.

Coach Meho Kodro and his assistant Elvir Bolic have spoken with the duo, however, and told them the door remains open for an international return.

Metz attacking midfielder Miralem Pjanic has also been left out of the squad for the Zenica encounter.
